Friedmutter Group’s long-time relationship with Harrah’s Entertainment is represented in a portfolio of highly acclaimed projects.  Our history with legendary gaming icon, Jack Binion and Horseshoe Gaming, is equally impressive and so, when Harrah’s Entertainment purchased Horseshoe Gaming, Harrah’s found Friedmutter Group a natural and obvious fit to ensure brand continuity and major project design. Friedmutter Group provided all Master Planning, Architecture & Interior Design for Harrah’s Horseshoe Hammond Casino.  The original facility, a four-level 54,000 SF gaming vessel, was built in 1996.  Five years after Jack Binion’s original project kick-off, Harrah’s embraced the dream, announcing one of their largest capital projects ever. The new vessel now dwarfs the original catamaran by more than four to one with more than 400,000 SF of gaming, entertainment, restaurants, bars & lounges.   Opening ahead of schedule and in-budget, Harrah’s’ Chairman & CEO Gary Loveman said “Of all the architects we’ve worked with over the years, Friedmutter Group has really stood out to us as a partner in all of our endeavors.”
